Understanding this properly allows us to capture the depth of the Father’s love for us and from there step up in faith knowing how MUCH MORE He has in store for us now that we have been reconciled.

As you work your Direct Sales Business, you’re looking for the people who are looking for you.
You’re looking for the ones who are looking to make the changes themselves, their lives, their worlds – the ones who are willing to do what it takes, the ones who are willing to grow personally in order to grow financially, and the folks who are not willing to give up on their dreams.
You are not going to be successful at Network Marketing if you have to “convince” people. They are NOT the ones you are looking for.
The “Right Ones” are the ones who ‘GET IT”. They have to know the value of the business themselves. Period! You can not tell the, show them or teach them that.
It’s not your job to overcome people’s fears; it’s not your job to overcome their apathy; it’s not your job to overcome their poor work ethics. That’s not your job.
Your job is to get as many people as you can to take a look at what you do, and as you do that, the wheat will sort itself from the chaff.
The people who are looking for you, the people who are looking for the products you love, the opportunity that you’re offering, the people who are looking to make the changes that you represent – they will be drawn to you like iron to a magnet.
Just look for the people that are looking for you!

Audacious FAITH In Business

We have been inspired by many people in the last 4 years. And each one carried a message for us, so that we could receive it, believe it & have it become a part of who we are, so that we could fulfill the call that God has given us in business.

Many don’t realize how serious we take this call that God has given us. You see, once you’ve kissed the face of death, been told you have an illness and you might not make it, have been beaten up in an alley and didn’t die, raped by violent men and didn’t stay shattered… something rises up inside of you that crush it as you may, it can’t be silenced.

That was me and that is WHY I won’t relent and I will not stop. I am on a mission!

Steven Furtick has impacted my life so much in the last 6 months. God has used him to teach me, equip me, inspire me and to give me a desire to BE MORE!

Today, I want to share with you a video that changed my entire life.

When I saw this video, I knew that God Almighty was talking to me. Because you see, I do a lot of what Steven does, in my office, before conference calls. I do the same kind of ritual, anointing and calling onto a Living Savior so that I can be more, to do the call He’s given me. WHO but God could have known this! It encouraged me that we’re on the right track! It was God’s message to me.. “Keep Going!” Today, I want to share with you what we did when we first saw this. I took this video, wrote out the prayers and began to use them on a regular basis.

My desire for you today, is that as you will look at the trial facing you …. you’ll have AUDACIOUS faith and that you’ll join in with choirs of angels and against all odds, and you’ll say I BELIEVE GOD! Say it with me!

“I will not falter, I will not grow weary! I don’t care how dark it may seem, I won’t give up and I will trust God to be my Deliverer!”

2) Act like you’re powerful beyond measure. Activate it.
3) Average people don’t do what they say.

We must know at all times where our battleground is. Often Christians become war casualties when they least expect it, and in places where they sincerely believe they are out of danger. This is why so many Christians have been seriously wounded in the safest of all places, such as in church, at home, or while fellowshipping with other believers. To them, the battlefield was somewhere else, most likely on the mission field, thousands of miles away. Or, they think, perhaps the closest battlefield would be in the so-called inner city, usually among the ethnic ghettos, where pimps, drug dealers and gangs struggle for survival. In those awful places, yes! Closer to home? Never! What a dangerous miscalculation.

Our battle is in the heavenly places, the spiritual realm, against principalities and powers. The enemy is trying to control our minds, because if he can control our thinking he can control our actions and neutralize us as God’s representatives on earth. This is why it is imperative that we understand where the battle field is and how to access all the resources God has provided through Christ for us to be victorious.

You can retrain your brain. Reinforcing a new way of thinking directs the brain to think in this way habitually. STOP reinforcing your critical negative inner voice. Make a decision NOW to think differently! It’s like making a choice between chicken & fish- just choose! Make a decision that TODAY you’re going to learn to live differently. Tell your brain, “Today I’m going to start believing EVERYTHING God has said about me!” Say it out loud, “I don’t have to listen to my critical negative inner voice anymore! I was created in the image of a Holy Kind Loving GOD!” If the negative & critical rises up, just take that thought & make it obey YOU. “Thought, I don’t have to listen to you.” Make your thoughts OBEY you & you’ll stop being the prisoner of your thoughts.

“WOW” Time Waits for know one!!!

I get asked all the time, “Jordan if there is one thing, one piece of advice you could give me, what would it be?” I’ve been thinking about the best answer to this question for a long time. I finally figured it out. This one thing will completely transform your life and your business. It’s the key to having the “Success Factory” you are looking for.
Leave nothing to chance. Don’t wing it. Be deliberate about setting up a time for the things you want to “make real” in your life. If you are serious about building a successful business, this is the #1 key thing that will do it. In fact, I can specifically look back and see when everything changed for me in 1992. I started scheduling things ON MY CALENDAR. Of course things get moved and changed and you’ll even have cancellations and no shows from time to time, but an appointment is a commitment between you and another person. It advances your relationship. Appointments make things happen. CONSIDER THAT ITS NOT EVEN REAL UNTIL IT’S SCHEDULED!
I had been PLANNING a trip to the Virgin Islands for 10 years but until I scheduled it, I never went. It turned out to be one of the greatest experiences of my life.
I have been WISHING I could fly a helicopter since I was a kid but until I called and set up an appointment, it remained a wish.
Here are the things you want to schedule consistently:
CONVENTION – Schedule it!
1. Schedule when you are going to book your flights.
2. Schedule when you are going to buy your tickets.
3. Schedule when you are going to book your hotel room.
DREAMS – Schedule them!
1. When (exact date) are you going to take that dream trip?
2. Schedule the date.
3. Schedule when you are going to make your air reservations.
4. Schedule when you are going to book the package.
Once you put it on the calendar, miracles begin to happen. You will find the resources for things to happen once you commit to it.
YOUR BUSINESS – Schedule Appointments and Meetings.
1. Schedule one-on-ones.
2. Schedule two-on-ones (with your distributors).
3. Schedule home parties (for yourself and your team).
4. Schedule business presentations.
Put it on the calendar and miracles will begin to happen!
I look for opportunities to book phone calls and meetings with my distributors
on a regular basis and I PUT THEM ON MY CALENDAR. (One of the reasons why my calendar is so full!) This is a critical behavior for having the “Success Factory” you desire.
YOUR DREAMS:
1. Make appointments with people that can help you get your dreams.
2. Ask yourself “Who do I need to meet to make this happen?”
3. Call them and get an appointment on the calendar to meet with them.
Dreams will never come true if you just wish for them. A wish is just a puff of smoke until you schedule it. Put it down in writing on your calendar.
Scheduling appointments is the most powerful, destiny fulfilling action you can take to achieve all that you are looking for.
Remember, nothing happens until it is scheduled. Here are some feelings you may have before scheduling things:
Fear that you won’t come up with the money.
Fear that they might not be interested.
Fear that you may not know what to say.
Fear that something may get in the way of the commitment.
REALITY CHECK: You will not get the things you want until you schedule them on your calendar.
I’m not real confident at this point that I can learn to fly a helicopter. Fear was keeping me from scheduling the lessons. I started coming up with all kinds of reasons why I shouldn’t commit. My schedule is to busy. What if I can’t do it? There are other things more important to spend the money on. Blah. Blah. Blah.
However, one thing I know for sure. NOTHING HAPPENS UNTIL IT GOES ON MY CALENDAR. Tomorrow at 10am I am heading down to the helicopter school to get going. (I’m dropping $15,000 to pay for all the lessons up front). I’m making a major commitment here. Last night it was still just a wish. This morning it is real because its now booked!!
So, what’s more important? Are you going to let your DREAMS win or are you going to let your FEARS win? Do you want to live your dreams or wallow in your fears for the rest of your life. You have all the power to make things happen. Set the appointment on your calendar.
THE SOLUTION IS RIDICULOUSLY SIMPLE. Put it on your calendar. Schedule the appointment.
All your dreams will begin to come true once you start scheduling the basic simple daily activities that move you closer to your dreams.
Start using phrases like:
“Let’s get you on the calendar.”
“I’d like to set up a time for us to talk.”
“When can we set aside 30 minutes to go through this.”
“We need to block out a few minutes to go over some things.”
What I am talking about is a small thing that will yield HUGE results. It’s a minor shift that will change everything for you. If you already do it and it’s not going fast enough, then do more of it and do it WITH your team. Get them to commit by SCHEDULING PRODUCTIVE ACTIVITIES WITH THEM.
Schedule a workshop.
Schedule a walk through.
Schedule a tour of something you have been dreaming about.
Book a trip.
Schedule a time to test drive the car.
Set up a 3 way call at a specific time.
Set up an opportunity meeting with your team.
When you talk to someone say, “let’s set something up. When can we get together to visit for a few minutes?”
This has been, by far, the most powerful skill for manifesting my dreams than anything else. It’s within your reach to do the same thing. If you already do it and you are not happy with your results, then you must do more of it (or start doing it again if you have stopped) and you must involve your team. You commit with them and work with them AS A TEAM to make things happen.
Stop thinking about it and start scheduling it! Put it in writing on your calendar and then follow through on your commitments to yourself.
