I loved the major attributes of leadership, the 10 major causes of failure in leadership, and the thirty major causes of failure and take inventory of yourself the 28 questions you should answer.
I am growing each and every minute of the day in “Mentoring for Free” my Leadership, as a Husband, Father, Teacher, Mentor, Coach, and follower of other great leaders who have gone before me.
We must understand that it is imperative as we grow and build our businesses and make plans they must be practical, because those plans will be the foundation in achieving and manifesting our dreams and desires into their physical equivalent.
Make sure to put leadership education as a major bullet point in your plans, if you are not sure of your leadership in your plan and then just follow the skills education at “Mentoring for Free” and take the “ACTION” as suggested, and understand this; that it will appear almost by osmosis that you will become the leader that you feared may have elude you, but understand I have only been involved in “Mentoring for Free”, for maybe 30 days, and I have taken some action steps on what they teach and I am applying them to my life and business right now.

THE WORKSHOP OF THE MIND
THE FIFTH STEP TOWARD RICHES
It is our Imagination that is the creator of all things
manifested to reality, transmuted to a physical equivalent
and produced by human beings.
If our passion for that which is imagined wells up in us as a
Burning Desire followed by our PLANS and ACTIONS we
will with PERSISTENCE manifest that reality.
Our discussion today is why we all chose network
marketing as our vehicle to manifest our wants and needs
into a new reality and what we can do to assure our
Dream does in fact materialize.
First we IMAGINE all these things, our DREAMS. These
images may include money and the ability unencumbered
to purchase at will anything we desire, boats, cars,
vacations, homes. It might include just going to the
grocery store and not have to scrimp and worry about what
we purchase, cringing at the checkout when the total is
rung up. It might mean purchasing cloths for the kids or
ourselves without worry of budget, to retire our wife, our
husband, ourselves, college for the kids, help our mom, our
dad or pay off student loans, whatever you IMAGINATION.
Maybe you have a good paying job and great income now?
I doubt you have time to truly enjoy the fruits of your labor?
Most people stop at “IMAGINE”! Most people have no
vehicle to manifest those dreams. We are prisoner to a
job. Some have more tolerable jobs, some get paid more.
What we all have in common is no vision for a way out, just
dreams on the horizon that remain there like a mirage. We
either have more month than money or plenty of money
and no time to enjoy it. The common bond is we lack time
and or a recurring source of income.
Are you okay with 40 years labor helping the boss be rich?
Are you okay with five days of every week taken from you?
Are you okay with waking early working for someone else?
Are you okay with someone telling you how much you can earn?
Are you okay with a few weeks holiday every year?

I’m not actually a gambling man but I can bet if you are
reading this blog and currently in network marking you are
struggling. I know this because statistics tell us that over
98% of all network marketers struggle and most quit. You
are wondering how the winners in this industry make it but
have absolutely no clue to the answer and every where
you turn someone is dipping into your pocket$ with
promises of the answer. Keep reading…
If some one has shared this blog with you and you are not
currently in network marketing than you have found your
vehicle to get out of the Squirrel Cage. Believe me; I was
in the squirrel cage for 41 years. I did find network
marketing back in 1989 but like the 98% I struggled and
quit. In 2007 I returned and struggled another four years.
I finally beat the odds (group 3). You see the odds will
always be about 98% to 2 for those who come into this
industry, the larger share never finding the truth they’ll
struggle and quit, group two. Then there is group one who
has never been in network marketing. They have heard the
horror stories from those who struggle and quit and very
seldom consider network marketing, they fear it like the
plague. They are difficult prospects; their odds of getting
off the squirrel cage are less than 1%.
I can tell you right now if you are reading this blog you
have already moved to the one or two percent of those that
transform their DREAMS to REALITY but only if you are
willing to open yourself to the truth and be coached.

The person who shared this Blog with you will take you

cost you about 6 to 10 hours of your time. They will share
