I hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend. It is a wonderful moment to show all of our Moms and Mothers of our children how much we appreciate them and all they do for our families.
I want to congratulate everyone for another record breaking Period. As I watch your checks grow and hear all of the incredible product testimonials it drives home that we are all in the right place, at the right time, with the right company. I couldn’t fathom doing anything else. It is so gratifying being able to help so many people with their health and prosperity.
Get ready our world is ready to get rocked once again. We had our monthly Chairmans Club conference call Saturday and corporate lit the fire and had all of us jumping out of our chairs. Corporate announced that June 3, the first day of the next Period, Period 37, they are implementing a $1,000,000 , even more so, continue to be the darling of this industry!
So the question is, what do we do today as we begin this new Period 36?
First, to be eligible to participate in this million dollar promotion next Period everyone must enroll two personals this Period. The mantra for this Period is Get 2! 3. Get this month’s Book of the Month – RHINOCEROS SUCCESS by Scott Alexander
Learn how to let nothing get in your way as you pave the road to Financial Freedom. It is an incredible and entertaining and short read. Spread the word through out your organization.
4. Stay in constant contact with your group.
It is critical you have a complete email and text distribution list for your group so you can forward information as it comes to you from your Leaders. constant contact will be the key starting now and through the summer.
5. Become a master at the Art of Promotion.
Build for every event, including the conference calls as if it is the only event for the summer.

Is the view worth the climb?
Sometimes we hear a song, a word, or a sentence that immediately resonates with us creating pictures in our minds eye. Well the question, “Is the view worth the climb?”, speaks to everybody at some point in life. In some cases this may be true on more than one occasion in life. Certainly in my life there have been several climbs, and some of them have not had the anticipated view.
One thing we can be absolutely sure of, let me say it this way…the current path and future vision of ZIJA, in my view guarantees beyond any doubt whatsoever, the view will be beyond all our expectations and so the climb will be worth every step.
Last night we had a leadership gathering and training in Detroit and much of the evening was spent in sharing personal stories of life’s challenges in the context of building a successful business with ZIJA. The Interesting common thread in our conversations last night were underpinned by how our “climbs” define and refine our characters.
One thing is for sure, all of us that attended last night’s leadership gathering reflected on our personal climbs and the spectacular views we have all experienced at some point in life. All of my experience and challenges,point to the fact that the “view” in ZIJA will be a spectacular one…it will be a view that every person should experience.
Here is my point…
Most people in life start their personal climb, and as it relates to purpose, livelihood, and business, end up choosing a climb that is most disappointing and does not serve to make a difference or provide the lifestyle that we all desire. This may not be the case for everybody…but statistics show that most people are in financial difficulty and do not have the time or freedom nor the vehicle to change the direction of their climb.
We have the vehicle in ZIJA.
We have the vision in Ken Brailsford.
We have the expertise in our management team.
We have the leadership in oneteamworldwide.
We have the story and results in our product line
We have the system, training, and support and,
We have the timing in ZIJA.
All of this has become most apparent in the last several months…and the best is yet to come…”I will promise you that”.
This time of year is a time of reflection for many…it’s a time where people take inventory, a time where people make resolutions and choices for the new year. This is one of the best moments in time to plants seeds and open doors to new possibilities for people we have in mind as candidates for the team.
I would invite you…to take a moment and think of a few people to add to your list of contacts…people your spoke to a year ago…people you have not yet spoken with and invite them to join the team in ZIJA…because the view in ZIJA will be worth every step of the climb.
Five practical steps to advance your climb.
Maintain a steady diet of personal development daily. This Is like eating good food, and excersizing to make the climb easy.
Be sure to invite new candidates each day…The concept: Consistency builds momentum and refines skill.
Be sure to stay plugged in to everything the company and OTW is doing…The concept: We are a team and our collective energy and talent make a huge difference.
Set simple and achievable bite size goals each day, and or week and take inventory to make sure your are on track.
Always be willing to go the extra mile…in doing so you will make yourself into an integral part of the team. Here’s why. Most people won’t even go the first mile…we win just but doing a little bit more.
There are many concepts to share, these are but a few that will separate us from the masses. Great things lie ahead of us in ZIJA…2010 promises to be the year of ZIJA in direct sales…Be there!
These next 6 weeks are an excellent time to build our contact bases by meeting friends, family, and associates at christmas parties and gatherings, so take full advantage of these opportunities to empower others.

Lynnette Edic in Ft Worth, TX copied me on an email she sent to her Team and in the email she asked them, “What are you going to do with those 1,000 people that are in your downline?” You see Lynnette is a Big Thinker and recognizes the power of a question. It got me to thinking about how the people receiving the email would react. They could react with, I don’t have 1,000 people in my downline. What are you talking about. Or, they could respond with, I don’t have 1000 yet but I can see them and now I will act as if I already do have 1000 in my downline. Success is all about our vision and purpose. As Napoleon Hill said, “What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve”. Now is the time to conceive and believe what is possible for you. What are your dreams and goals? What gets you so excited you can’t sleep at night? For what greater good are you building your empire?
 
So Think Big and act as the Leader of a 1,000 member Team or a 10,000 member Team or more, whatever your vision will allow. Let me ask a few more questions; If you had that type of an organization would you be doing anything different? Would you be on more conference calls including the morning Go Diamond Daily Focus call? Would you be doing more three-way calls with your upline and downline? Would you be at every local event in your market? Would you completely understand the enrollment process and be able to describe the benefits of the new enrollment Packs and the Power Builder Bonus to your and your Team’s prospects. Would you be fully engaged in personal development? Would you be acutely aware of how your Team was duplicating? Would you strive for excellence and knowledge about Zija and this industry? Would you check and read all of your emails more often and pass them on to your team immediately? (Hint) LOL
 
There are three things the big earners have that others don’t (yet). A bigger vision, much much more of the proper activities that yield results and more time in Zija (usually but not always the case). Success leaves clues. I hope you see what we see. Zija is the next legacy company and we have a short window to get ready, get in front of the wave, paddle fast and hard so we can catch it and ride it to financial freedom. Those of us who see it are on it today. We are not hard to identify. All you have to do is feel our energy and see are work ethic. Will you join us?

The company, the Distributor Leadership Counsel (DLC) as well as other top earners in the company are doing it again, hitting the road to come to your city. I love this business! Where else can you build a multi-million dollar international business by helping others develop crazy-big residual income. That’s what makes Zija International so much fun. It is truly people helping people. No matter what anyone says this is the most correct way to earn income because by definition we cannot succeed unless we help others succeed.
 
For example, just take a Team like the Northern California Team last Cycle. As a Team, helping people like Don Bassey reach Builder 500 which helped Gary Thompson reach Silver which helped Melanie Linebaugh achieve the rank of Silver which helped Anthony Mitchell reach Gold. By helping Debbie Castle reach Bronze it helped Victor Hanley reach Silver (confirming Gold) allowing Paul Lovato achieve the rank of Platinum for his first week of qualification. They are doing an incredible job and have now expanded all across the US and even into Trinidad. Way to go Nor Cal!
 
So many congratulations are in order with all the success we are having coming off the biggest week in Zija history as a result of the Zija International convention last weekend. It was amazing to see the significant ranks that were achieved last week and just before the conference. Zija broke two more Diamonds, Chris Estes in Kentucky and Mark Mandela in D.C. The Kentucky Team headed up by Chris Estes, who by the way was awarded Distributor of the Year at convention has gone ballistic with Jason Keltner not only having Emerald volume for the first week but went right to Diamond volume. I also want to congratulate Robbie Davis in Kentucky who was awarded Rookie of the Year.
 
I am so excited to announce Cindy Chrenek reached Platinum and helped Jackie Radisic go MIT Founder as the Calgary Team is breaking out. And finally a big congratulations to Dale Taylor in Arizona who for the third year in a row was awarded Top Recruiter of the Year for the third year in a row. They just might rename that award the DT Top Recruiter of the Year award.
 
I mentioned only a few of the Leaders in these markets at the risk of leaving someone out, as I know there were many more pins that broke across our entire Team from last week. It was indeed a record week with no way of keeping up with all of the new rank advancements.
 
Where do we go from here?
